 The Dashboard is composed of small sections called Klips. There are hundreds of Klips available, so in addition to getting your e-Newsletter activity data, you can add or delete Klips to customize the Dashboard for your needs. Want to track someone's blog? It's easy to track any RSS feed, including the weather, financial news and more. You can even change the skin color.
Notice the top of the Dashboard. It can be customized with YOUR masthead. That is especially valuable when your e-Newsletter recipients install YOUR Dashboard on THEIR computer. When they do, not only will they get YOUR e-Newsletter delivered directly to their desktop (bypassing problems with some email programs), but your name will be branded as a constant reminder of the value of your service. |
 Here is the same dashboard, but with the Klips expanded so you can see data links:
Every line of data is a hyperlink, so as an example under the BizActions Blog section, clicking on "How to get more e-Newsletter email addresses" would* open the URL to that blog entry in a separate window. Since this hyperlink isn't colored white you would know that your have already viewed that data.
Under Reminders, you can see all 14 Contact Notes you have made in the system with your comments, required action, calendar and more. As an example, perhaps you were alerted when "Edward I." read an article and you called him. He asked you to call back on 5/1. You can simply scroll down to see the older reminders.
News and Notes is the section where BizActions consolidates all of the upgrade or notice information within the Sponsor Center and sends it to you in one easy to access Klip through the dashboard.
Members by POC (Point of Contact) tells you who an email contact has been assigned to or what group they've been assigned to. Remember you can click through for details.
Alert Clicks tells you who clicked on a triggering event and when.
Members by Type breaks your database of e-Newsletter recipients into categories you assign, such as Clients, Prospects, Referrals and Team Members.
Member Clicks gives you access to detailed information on each segment shown (as an example) complete with names of all 122 members that clicked on a particular article.
Sponsor Content Clicks shows you which articles (YOU wrote) are drawing the most interest.
Content Clicks shows you which BizActions produced niche articles have garnered the most attention. Just click through from the Dashboard and you immediately have access to a wealth of useful information that can be filtered even further.
